Secondly me being administrative Officer will suit my current activity situaition as I wont have to lead Orpo but rather make sure it is running smoothly. Thirdly I am really experienced with spreadsheets so as administrative Officer I update spreadsheets as well as make documents (which I already have) to further Improve Orpo as a whole. Fourthly I have led Orpo enough to know the way it works so I can help and support Commissoned Officers that are new and show them how to carry out certain tasks. Next I have a lot of faith in Muussi to lead Orpo if this applicaition gets accepted, he has much experience and I would love mentor him as Administrative Officer as he is a good asset to Orpo, I also have faith in myself in administrative office as it suits not only my irl situaition but also suits my leadership mentality. I can also enlighten Orpo on changes to equipment, uniform or[/b] [b]policies obviously I also update any outdated policies etc, through spreadsheets or documents.
